Delete your Sahay account

In the app

  1. Open Sahay and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Delete my data and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email SUPPORT_EMAIL from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my Sahay account”. We delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your account, phone number, donor profile, location, donation history, requests and their photos, rare registry entry and lab report, and your membership of circles and patient groups. Nothing is kept.
